BAOIAM reserves the right to verify the enrollment, payment, course access, attendance, and other relevant details before approving or rejecting a refund request.

If a learner accidentally makes a duplicate payment or pays an excess amount due to a technical or transaction-related error, BAOIAM will review and verify the transaction.

Upon successful verification, the duplicate or excess amount, as applicable, may be refunded to the original payment source or through another appropriate method.

The refund will generally be processed within 7–10 business days after successful verification and approval.
